Hispanic Heritage Month Essay Contest Winner Awarded Prize at Ruston High School

Altice Connects visited Ruston High School in Ruston, Louisiana, to recognize 12th grade student Emily Espinoza as a winner in the Hispanic Heritage Essay Contest. Emily was presented with an iPad mini in front of her teachers and peers for her winning essay that was written about her mother.
