Nacogdoches High School Students Named Charity Champions Grand Prize Winners
Altice Connects recognized Nacogdoches High School as a 2016-2017 Charity Champions grand prize winning school and presented students with a $2,500 check to their selected charity, the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter, during the annual senior awards assembly. Principal Michael O’Guin and Roya Dinbali, Co-Advisor for the National Honor Society & Student Council, also participated in the event and celebrated the students’ efforts to raise money and awareness through fundraising, donation drives and a “clear the shelter” day.
