Charity Champions

Convent of the Sacred Heart Students Participate in Charity Champions

Optimum Community visited Convent of the Sacred Heart High School to present students with a $500 check for participating in this year’s Charity Champions program. The seed money is for the students to further their fundraising efforts. They were also presented with a $1,000 check to be donated to Society of the Sacred Heart Educational Mission, an organization dedicated to educating young girls in Uganda and Kenya. The students spoke about the many efforts they have put forth this year to raise awareness for this charitable cause.
