Black History Month

Students At Norwalk High School Celebrate Black History Month With State Representatives Bruce V. and Bruce L. Morris

Optimum Community hosted a Black History Month program at Norwalk High School with CT State Representative Bruce V. Morris and his father, former CT State Senator and Representative Bruce L. Morris, who was the first African American to hold a leadership position in the CT General Assembly. The program included student questions about the significance of African American History, government, public service and leadership.
