Behind the Scenes



Global Voices

Global Voices is a program that encourages students to learn about current global issues and topics and share their perspectives across social media and tech platforms. Students are given the opportunity to engage with experts and their peers across the globe by submitting their own produced video segments or written editorials about different subjects relating to global news.

Behind the Scenes at i24

To kick off the launch of Altice’s Global Voices program, students from Lawrence High School traveled to the i24 studio in Times Square to get a behind the scenes look of a global news network studio. The students learned about the network, got a tour of the studio and a backstage look at a live broadcast, and were able to interview i24 staff for their own student produced pieces.
